"My 80 yo mother wanted a tattoo, she did not believe me that she could not get one, because of very thin skin, bruising and health issues. After months of debate I took her to the shop. Brian helped me get her inside and listened to her and what she wanted. He was so gracious in his explanation as to why he could not do a tattoo on her. He took his time, explained everything so well and addressed her direct. Something many people won't do. He offered to make a drawing for her. I'm excited to see his work.
